East Brunswick

From Mercer County

Take Route 1 North to County Rd 522 in South Brunswick Twp. Turn right onto County Rd 522 and continue for 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Monmouth Junction Rd/Ridge Rd. In 4 miles, turn left onto Cranbury South River Rd. In 2 miles, continue onto Cranbury Rd. In 1.5 miles, turn right onto Congress Ave, left onto Village Drive, left onto Henley Drive, and left onto Cranbury Rd. When you reach the light blue buildings at 573-577 Cranbury Rd, turn right into the parking lot. Drive straight until you cannot drive any further, and turn left to reach the back parking lot. After you park, go through the opening in the building to enter the courtyard. Suite B-6 is off to your right.

From NJ Turnpike North (coming from the South)

Take Exit BA toward Cranbury. Keep right, follow signs for Cranbury /South Brunswick. Turn right onto Cranbury South River Rd. In 4 miles, continue onto Cranbury Rd. In 1.5 miles, turn right onto Congress Ave, left onto Village Drive, left onto Henley Drive, and left onto Cranbury Rd. When you reach the light blue buildings at 573-577 Cranbury Road, turn right into the parking lot. Follow directions from above.

From NJ Turnpike South (coming from the North)

Take Exit 9 for NJ-18 toward US-1/New Brunswick/East Brunswick. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for NJ-18 S. Keep left and merge onto NJ-18 S. Continue straight to stay on NJ-18 S. In 1.5 miles, take the Cranbury exit toward County Road 535 S. Continue onto Cranbury Road/Cranbury South River Road. In 2 miles you will reach the light blue buildings at 573-577 Cranbury Road. Turn right into the parking lot.  Follow directions from above.

From Piscataway and Points West

Follow Route 18 S to Cranbury Rd/Cranbury South River Rd in East Brunswick. Take the Cranbury exit toward County Road 535 S. Continue onto Cranbury Road/Cranbury South River Road. In 2 miles you will reach the light blue buildings at 573-577 Cranbury Rd. Turn right into the parking lot. Follow directions from above.

From New Jersey Shore & Points East

Follow Route 18 N to East Brunswick. Make a slight right toward Rues Lane. Turn left onto Rues Lane, then continue onto Ryders Lane. In 1 mile, turn left onto Cranbury Road. In half a mile, you will reach the light blue buildings at 573-577 Cranbury Road. Turn right into the parking lot. Follow directions from above.

From Route 1 South & Woodbridge/Edison Area or Garden State Parkway

Take Route 1 South to the New Brunswick, Route 18 exit on your right (just past AMC movie complex).  Once on the exit ramp, bear left onto Route 18 S and continue straight to stay on Route 18 S. In 1.5' miles, take the Cranbury exit toward County Road 535 S. Continue onto Cranbury Rd/ Cranbury South River Rd. In 2 miles you will reach the light blue building at 573-577 Canbury Road.  Turn right into the parking lot.  Follow driections above.

From 206 North or South

206 comes to a semi-circle (White..Horse Circle). The first turn in the circle is White Horse Avenue (sign is on the left hand corner). Go onto White Horse Avenue. About

½ mile through the second traffic light and make a right turn into the parking lot.

From 295 North or South

Take exit 61 (Arena Drive East). At third light (White -Horse Avenue) make a left, our

building will be the first driveway on your right.

From I-195 West

Take Exit 2 to merge onto Arena Drive. Turn right at White Horse Avenue, we are the second building on your right

From ROUTE 1 South

Take Route 1 South to the entrance of Route 295 South and then follow directions from above.

FROM ROUTE 1 NORTH

Take 206 South to White Horse Avenue. Turn left at White Horse Avenue. Pull in the first driveway on your right

From Route 130

Start going North on US130 toward 206 North. Turn slight left onto 206 North. Rte. 206 comes lo a semi-circle (White Horse Circle). The first turn in the circle is White Horse Avenue (sign is on the left hand corner). Go onto White Horse Avenue. About ½ mile through the second traffic light and make a right turn into the parking lot. 

From The Trenton Area 

Follow South Olden to White Horse Avenue. Make a right on White Horse Avenue. Our office will be on your left hand side, before you reach the light at Arena Drive.

From Atlantic City

Take Route 40 East (Albany Avenue) and make a Left onto Shore Road.  Once you pass Shore Memorial Hospital, make a left on East New York Avenue. Our office is the second building from the corner. #10

From the South

Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 29 (Route 9, New Road). Take this to New York Ave and make a right. Follow New York Ave past Shore Road. We will be the second building from Shore Road. #10

From the North

Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 30. This becomes Laurel Dr. Make a left onto Route 9 (New Road) then make a right onto New York Avenue. Follow New York Ave

From the Atlantic City Expressway

Take the Ac Expressway to Exit 75 (Garden State Parkway).  Take Exit 30 off the Garden State Parkway. This becomes Laurel Dr. Make a left onto Route 9 (New Road) then turn right on New York Ave. Follow New York Ave past Shore Road. We will be the second building from Shore Road. #10

From Garden State Parkway

Take exit 82A onto Route 37 West. Travel until you reach Mule Road. Make a slight right

towards Mule Road and continue onto Mule Road. Shortly after, turn right onto Plaza Drive.  (look for the RIte-Aid)

Travel until you reach 3 Plaza Drive (Holiday City Medical Center) on your left. Pass the first sign

for Holiday City Medical Center (this is the back of the building) and when you reach the second

sign for Holiday City Medical Center, turn left into the parking lot. The entrance is towards the

back of the parking lot.*

From Route 70

Take Route 37 East and travel until you reach Mule Road. Make a right onto Mule Road. Shortly

after, turn right onto Plaza Drive. Travel until you reach 3 Plaza Drive (Holiday City Medical

Center) on your left. Pass the first sign for Holiday City Medical Center (this is the back of the

building) and when you reach the second blue sign for Holiday City Medical Center, turn left into the parking lot. The entrance is towards the back of the parking lot.* 

* When you arrive at 3 Plaza Drive, walk through the main entrance doors. Suite 9 is the first

door on your right. 

From Gloucester/Camden County

Take Route 55 South-to Exit 39A/US 40 East Malaga onto Harding

Hwy. (US 40). 1.5 mi.  Turn Right onto Delsea Drive (Route 47). 3.2 milies.  Turn Right onto West Forest Grove Road. 0.3 miles.  Our office is the second building on the left.  Follow signs for South Jersey Physician Associcates

Take Route 55 South to Exit 35A/West Garden Road onto West Garden Road (CR-674) toward Vineland 0.7 miles.  Turn Left onto Mill Road 0.5 miles.  Turn Right onto West Forest Grove Road 0.5 miles.  Our office is the third building on the right.  Follow signs for South Jersey Physician Associcates

From Cumberland/Cape May County

Take Route 55 North to Exit 35/Garden Road./Brotmanville/North Vineland onto West Garden Road (CR-674) toward Vineland. 0.7 miles.  Turn Left onto Mill Road. 0.5 miles.  Turn right onto West  Forest Grove Road. 0.5 miles.  Our office is the third building on the right.  Follow signs for South Jersey Physician Associcates

Coming from route 73 North (Tacony Palmyra Bridge)

Take route 73 South to exit 41 South. Cross over route 70 and stay in right hand lane and follow signs for route 41 South. At the third light (Haddon Avenue) make a right. We will be approximately 1 mile on your right, just pass the Valero gas station.

Going from route 73 south (Berlin area)

Take route 73 north to route 70 west. Take route 70 west towards Cherry Hill. Just pass Saw Mill Village (strip mall) you will see signs for route 41. Follow jug handle to light. At light, make a left and cross over route 70 and follow signs for route 41 south. At third light (Haddon Ave) make a right. We will be approximately 1 mile on your right, just pass the Valero gas station.

Coming from route 41 south (Haddon Heights, Audubon area)

Take route 41 (Kings Highway) North. Cross over small bridge Patco Speed Line. At the second light (Haddon Ave) make a left. We will be approximately 1 mile on your right, just pass the Valero gas station.

Coming from route 41 North (Cherry Hill)

Take route 41 (Kings Highway) South. Cross over route 70 and stay in right hand lane and follow signs for route 41 South. At the third light (Haddon Avenue) make a right. We will be approximately 1 mile on your right, just pass the Valero gas station.

Coming from route 295 South Jersey region (Woodbury, Swedesboro, etc.) 

Take route 295 North to exit 32 (Rte. 561). At the end of ramp, make a left. You will pass Winner Ford on your left and. Then come to a fork in the road. Stay to the left. This is Ellis Street. Ellis Street will turn into Haddon Ave. After you cross Kings Highway, approx. 1 mile you will see a Valero gas station on your right. We are two buildings passed the Valero gas station.

Coming from route 295 North New Jersey region (Mount Holly, Trenton etc.) 

Take route 295 South to exit 32 (Rte. 561) At the end of ramp, make a right towards Haddonfield. You will pass Winner Ford on your left and then come to a fork in the Road.  Stay to the left. This is Ellis Street. Ellis Street will turn into Haddon Ave. After you cross Kings Highway, approx. 1 mile you will see a Valero gas station on your right. We are two buildings passed the Valero gas station.

Coming from route 70 west (Ben Franklin Bridge)

Take route 70 East until you come to Haddonfield Road and Grove Street intersection. Make a right onto Grove Street at the second light make a right (Maple Avenue) the next light will be Haddon Avenue. Make a left on Haddon Avenue. We will be third building on your left.

Coming from route 73 East (Marlton area)

Take route 70 West towards Cherry Hill just pass Saw Mill Village (strip mall) you will see signs for route 41. Follow jug handle to light. At light, make a left and cross over route 70 and follow signs for route 41 south. At third light (Haddon Ave} make a right. We will be approximately 1 mile on your right, just pass the Valero gas station.

Psych evaluations are one-on-one so make sure you have a private space for the evaluation.  Headphones are recommended, but not necessary. 

There are set time frames for appointments and if you cannot log on in the time allotted, we will have to reschedule.  Over 15 minutes from your start time is considered late and must be rescheduled to allow sufficient time for other appointments.
